I’m sure you will recognize this location, but it’s because it never gets old! The downtown scenery and gorgeous atmosphere of Old Town Scottsdale just never loses it’s charm and interest. It’s home to some amazing galleries and shopping, and the food is absolutely unmatched (AZ88 is a super chic place for lunch dining, if you want a beautiful location with pretty scenery and incredible food). Because of the cool, artsy vibe, it always has a rotation of fun people and the hustle and bustle of the area. It also has the beautiful florals that Frances hoped for when it came to the vision for her shoot. She is a senior at Scottsdale Christian Academy, and I truly enjoyed meeting her and discovering her sweet soul. She possesses a radiant joy and a quiet confidence that was an honor to be around. She is also a natural beauty with a quick smile, and she has a gorgeous voice (that she loves employing to sing worship songs). She also has a very elegant, feminine style that she mixes with a few edgy pieces like Doc Marten shoes and flannel button downs. Just like her, we wanted this shoot to have lots of interest and inspiration.
Her mom is getting ready to watch her daughter leave the nest, and is handling is beautifully. “I hope Frances can remember that this is an overwhelming season in life, but that it’s also great place to be in”, explains her proud mom, “This season is essentially the beginning of the rest of her life. She will have many opportunities to do what she is passionate about, and I know she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. My daughter will have many doors opened to her, and she will just have to step through one to find the person she has always wanted to be!” The Class of 2019 is lucky to have this sweet girl in it, and watching her future unfold will be a true privilege to all who love her.
