Senior Shoot in Downtown Phoenix

Meet Gianna. Lover of all things photography. World traveler and lover of light. Also a class of 2019 Senior at Chaparral High School! We met in Downtown Phoenix for an early morning shoot and walked around Heritage Square for her setting.

I am a huge lover of black and white images. I love how when you strip away the color you leave the beauty and emotion. And lets take just a moment to let that sink in before you scroll on down to the next set of images. 

Bring me all the blue! We had such a sunny, bright and beautiful morning.The light was everything coming through the trees and Gianna’s blue eyes really sparkled!

Gianna mentioned her love for photography when we met for her Pre-Session consultation. I encouraged her to bring her camera, so we could make sure we included some shots of her with it. I always want my Seniors to incorporate the things they love into their sessions and this was an easy one to include, plus, I’m a little biased on the importance of taking pictures!

At the time of her session, Gianna was still deciding on where to go after High School. She brought a University of Arizona tshirt and I just loved this set of her sweet smile! Such a fun way to end her session. Best of luck to you Gianna! I know where ever you go, you will find great adventures ahead.
