You probably know by now that my part of my vision for my spokesmodels is to build up and encourage strong girls! I also love helping push them further towards their goals to become leaders in their community or professions. Ally has been a wonderful leader in her community and her school, and I’m so proud to have her on my team! “My favorite part of being a senior is the leadership opportunities it gives me”, she explains, “Between being the swim and dive varsity team captain and treasurer of the STAND for Humanity club, I am given plenty of opportunities to organize and lead a group of my peers.”

Ally also loves that she has met like-minded young women through the SSP team, something that is one of my favorite parts of the yearly teams. “My favorite part of being on Team17 is the friendships I’ve made with all of the other girls”, continues Ally, “I was at a swim invitational in October with Sarah and we saw Savannah! We all chatted for a while, but it was so fun seeing a fellow spokesmodel and being able to make the connection through Team17”. This girl has a huge heart for helping others and I think that’s what makes her such an effective leader; people see how much she cares. After graduation, she plans to attend college to major in Biology, something she fell in love with in her AP Biology class recently.
