Annika in the Gardens

I love that quote and looking through Annika’s images, it kept coming to mind. This Xavier College Prep senior wanted to head to the Botanical Gardens in Phoenix for her Senior Pictures! Shooting in or near the desert is one of my favorite locations. Golden hour and cactus with a beautiful senior makes for some stunning images! I was so happy Annika wanted to head to this spot. We played in between the cacti and wild flowers and captured all the beauty of the desert. Annika has such classic style and I was slightly obsessed with the playful bell sleeves of her white top. Xavier College Prep has an early yearbook deadline so we shot her session in early August. It was well over the 100 degree mark but Annika was such a trooper!
