Madeline | Class of 2019

It can be easier to stick with the status quo, but Madeline has always strived to push herself to try new things and grow in her interests and ideas. Being part of my street team was one of those things, and she excelled at it, just like everything else in her busy life! She is graduating this June from Notre Dame Preparatory, and I was honored to do her sister’s senior photos in 2017 as well (check that post out here). I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know both girls, and how sweet they are. Madeline is a very integral part of her school, and played softball during her freshman and sophomore years (when she received “most improved” both years), and now juggles three jobs. She works as a hostess at a breakfast restaurant, and also babysits and does daycare.  Her friends lovingly describe her as “funny, loving, responsible, happy, and hard-working”, and she exudes joy wherever she goes!

Madeline loves fashion, but always tries to keep things casual and easy-to-wear, which is reflected in her outfits below. I loved her chunky red sweater and broken-in jeans, and her jewel tones dresses were simply beautiful. We kept her hair and makeup pretty and polished, but nothing too over-the-top, and her results were authentic and so true to her. Some girls cringe at their makeup, or even the idea of makeup, but I always encourage them that makeup can be flattering and minimal.
