I love a golden hour senior session at the Desert Botanical Garden! You want to hear something fun? I’ve known Spencer since she was in PRESCHOOL. She was just as adorable then as she is beautiful now. This year has been chock full of graduates whom I’ve known since they were itty bitty’s and I am not mad about it! This session was especially fun for me because Spencer and her mom fully engaged in the process of using the style closet to add to Spencer’s outfits. Free People Dresses, hats and earrings from my closet made an appearance in this shoot. We layered inn colors and clothing to really pull in the colors of the Desert background. Her flawless make up pulled everything together for some gorgeous final images!
Spencer is a talented softball player who will continue her athletic career at the University of Arkansas. She is just starting her Freshman year there this month! I tend to work with a lot of athletes who need a little bit of variety to add to their everyday wardrobe when it comes to their Senior Pictures. Running from school to practice to tournaments, my athletes don’t always have a lot of time to shop. They often have lots of athletic wear and leggings, but not a lot of dressy clothes or shoes. That’s one of the reason I have a closet full of accessories and clothing for my seniors to borrow. And it’s never just a coincidence that the backgrounds match so well with the outfits. That is all carefully planned before the shoot! Scroll through to see some of our favorite images from her Senior Portraits.
I’ve added several new pieces to my closet and would love to help you style the perfect look for your Senior Pictures. Whatever your favorite season, fall or spring, now is the time to book!
